Error message

Hello everyone, I am computing the derivative of flux density over the earth surface as grounding grid is buried inside. But the it gives an error message "Failed to find a solution.
The relative error (4.6e+005) is greater than the relative tolerance.
Returned solution is not converged." I have increased the relative tolerance and also the mesh resolution but it doesnt work. Could anyone help?
